My career in the automotive repair business started in 1983. I have been a Technician, a Manufacturers Representative, a Vice President and a Global Director Of Service Operations.
I have managed Lemon Law cases for many different OEM's and acted as the PMK (Person Most Knowledgable) in more cases than I can remember.
